Headcannon

The name is a pun based on the concept of “headcanon”, fandom slang referring to elements and interpretations of a fictional universe that are accepted by an individual or small group of fans, but which is not necessarily found within or supported by the official canon.

Parts Used

I started with the base game Fat Man mesh and added the blast shield and dual propellant tanks of the unique Esther mesh from the Gun Runners' Arsenal DLC. I then shortened the forward pump grip to not protrude through the blast shield, and added some graffiti decals for decoration.

Usage Notes

When this weapon is carried in the Player's inventory, a perk is added that allows Players to rip the heads off of dead human, ghoul, and supermutant NPCs to extract their skulls for use as a crafting ingredient. Skulls cannot be obtained from NPCs whose heads have otherwise already been destroyed.

Procurement

This weapon can only be be acquired by offering 10,000 HP to The Bronze Oracle, and presenting a generic Fat Man to be converted. It cannot otherwise be obtained without console commands.
