The Heroes' Glory Power Armor is inspired by the resilience, perseverance, and indomitable spirit of the Ukrainian people in response to Russia's unprovoked full-scale invasion of the country in February of 2022.
The name is based on the English translation of the phrase Героям слава! (Ukr. “Glory to the heroes!”), which is the accompanying response to the Ukrainian national salute, Слава Україні! (Ukr. “Glory to Ukraine!”)
I started with the base game T-45d Power Armor mesh and adjusted the shapes to more closely resemble the T-60 Power Armor from Fallout 4 – mainly making the pauldrons smaller and slimming down the thighs. I then tinted the vertices blue and gold and added the tryzub from the coat of arms of Ukraine to the chest and pauldrons.
The helmet was made using the lower half of the Enclave Hellfire Helmet as a base and adding the visor from the Radiation Suit, the round shoulder… nodule things from the NCR Salvaged Power Armor and the little round filter-looking things on the T-45d Power Armor's chestplate.
While wearing this armor, all damage taken is tallied and fills up a meter. When the meter exceeds 5,000 HP of damage, the Player gains +1 Endurance and the meter resets.
The armor can be found upstairs in one of the ruined buildings in Boulder City (but only if the quest Boulder City Showdown has already been completed).
