The X-00/F is an orbital freefall prototype armor, developed under the codename Project Starhammer, which is optimized for use in D.R.O.P. insertions.
Project Starhammer was commissioned with the aim of developing a suit of power armor that was durable enough to survive orbital re-entry while still remaining lightweight enough as to not be a cost-prohibitive payload for contemporary launch vehicles. The frame is constructed of strong-but-lightweight titanium while the armor plating is an aerospace-grade aluminum alloy, backed with a polymerized ceramic composite. While not as resilient or cost-effective as steel, this solution was much more practical for orbital freefall applications by reducing weight as well as increasing heat resistance.
Having sat in storage aboard the station for over 200 years, the armor is not immediately ready for deployment and requires maintenance and repair to restore it to good working order. Repairs must be completed in three stages and can be undertaken either by using your Repair skill, or by gathering the proper materials.

Designed concurrently with the armor, specifically for exoatmospheric operations, the X-00/F EVA Helmet features a large dome visor to offer the wearer enhanced field-of-view and situational awareness. It is constructed of a single piece of arc-fused synthetic sapphire, electrochemically metalized with 24-karat gold, to offer unparalleled heat, wear and abrasion resistance while also reflecting most wavelengths of infrared light and solar radiation.

The U.S.S.A. Flight Suit is a simple, utilitarian and unisex garment designed for everyday wear aboard the station. It features multiple pockets for storage and is lightweight enough to not restrict the user's movements. The seal of the United States Space Administration is sewn above the right breast and a name badge is sewn above the left. An American flag patch is sewn onto the left shoulder.
The Retrieval Beacon serves as a transponder for the station's Burst-Encoded Automated Matter/Energy Relay (B.E.A.M.E.R.) teleportation system. If activated while deployed off-station, the B.E.A.M.E.R. will lock on to the signal and automatically relay the user back to the station. If activated while still aboard the station, the B.E.A.M.E.R. will reset its retrieval coordinates to the user's current location.
The Retrieval Beacon will not work if indoors.
The Interlink Booster is a chemical compound that enhances the neural connectivity between a suit of power armor and its wearer, designed to boost the user's reflexes and agility and make the suit feel like an extension of the body. It also has the added benefit of improving the performance of untrained operators.
In terms of gameplay, it allows you to use power armor (even without training) for fifteen minutes. Once the effect wears off, if still wearing power armor, you suffer a debuff that halves your movement speed and doubles the AP cost of all your weapons until you take the armor off. This simulates the weight of the armor becoming a burden without the proper training. If you already have power armor training, the chem will instead boost your Agility for fifteen minutes while in power armor, simulating an enhanced connection with your suit, allowing it to respond better to your movements.
H.O.L.L.I. is the only source of the Interlink Booster in the game.
