This outfit is based on Ellie Fenhill's default outfit from the videogame The Outer Worlds. As I was making the Outlaw Jacket, it occurred to me that it wouldn't take much modification to make this outfit from it.

Parts Used

I used the pants from Ulysses' Duster, paired with the undershirt from the default “nude” underwear, the scarf from the Ranger Red Scarf outfit, the right tasset from the NCR Ranger Patrol Armor, and the right pauldron from the Leather Armor (mirrored to become the left pauldron). The male version uses the jacket from Raul's Vaquero outfit while the female version uses the jacket from Cass' outfit and adds the right pauldron from the Armored Vault Jumpsuit.
