This outfit was loosely inspired by Jason Todd's Red Hood outfit from the Batman comics.

Parts Used

I used the Chinese Stealth Armor as a base, removed all the tubes and other greebles, and added the pants from Ulysses' Duster. The male version uses the jacket from Raul's Vaquero outfit while the female version uses the jacket from Cass' outfit and adds the right pauldron from the Armored Vault Jumpsuit. I think this would pair well with the Liberator Helmet.
