This weapon is visually inspired by the Czech ZK-383 submachine gun, but tactically fills the same role as the Gustloff Volkssturmgewehr, a mass-produced and poorly-made rifle designed and manufactured in a desperate attempt to arm as many citizens as possible during the fall of Berlin in World War II.
I started with the legacy-content Combat Shotgun mesh from Fallout 3 and removed everything except for the buttstock and trigger. I then added the barrel from the Anti-Materiel Rifle, the trigger guard and front handguard from the Silenced .22 SMG, the delta ring from the Assault Carbine, the bolt, chamber and magazine from the 9mm Submachine Gun, the barrel from the Varmint Rifle, the rear sight from the legacy-content Chinese Assault Rifle, and the front sight from the legacy-content Assault Rifle.
