This weapon is an experiment of mine that, as far as I know, doesn't exist in real life - being a combination of every cowboy-style action. I picture it as a break-top revolver mechanism at its core, like a Webley, where as you hinge it open, the extractor pops the empty casings out then snaps back into place, ready for you to load fresh rounds. Then, after you close it up, instead of using your thumb to cock the hammer, you would work the lever and that would both cock the hammer and index the cylinder.
I started with the base game Single Shotgun mesh and added the lever from the Brush Gun. Then, I added the cylinder and top strap from the .357 Magnum Revolver and cut away a space in the Single Shotgun's receiver to house the cylinder. I then removed the shotgun barrel and replaced it with the barrel from the Brush Gun.
