This is a less-lethal area-of-effect energy weapon that functions like a grenade launcher, lobbing balls of plasma that explode on impact and knock out anything in its blast radius.

Design-wise, this weapon draws loose inspiration from the “Eyes of Tomorrow” rocket launcher from the 2017 videogame Destiny 2.

Parts Used

I started with the Bozar mesh from the Gun Runners' Arsenal DLC and isolated the receiver. I then added the butt pad and MFC holder from the Gauss Rifle, the pistol grip from the Hunting Revolver (rotated 90 degrees), the trigger from A Light Shining in Darkness, the muzzle from the Plasma Defender, and the metal rail from the Missile Launcher.

Usage Notes

Attacking with this weapon is considered a “Minor Crime”, meaning that only the victim will become aggressive without turning their entire faction hostile.


This weapon must be purchased from Dr. Quarton, and cannot otherwise be obtained without console commands.
