This is a long-range continuous-beam energy weapon, made using the chassis of a Giddyup Buttercup robotic pony toy, that deals radiation damage to targets.
I started with the Giddyup Buttercup mesh from Fallout 3's Mothership Zeta DLC and folded the legs to serve as a shoulder rest and firing grip before adjusting the angle of the head. I then reversed the direction of the tail so as not to obstruct the projectile node, and rigged the whole thing to use the same animation set as the Tesla Cannon.

This weapon must be purchased from Dr. Quarton, and cannot otherwise be obtained without console commands.
I made an alternate version that turns the pony around so the beam shoots out from its mouth, if you would prefer that.
