This weapon is a crudely-made improvised flamethrower, designed as a lighter-weight alternative to the legit heavy weapon version.
I used the muzzle from the Gauss Rifle, the igniter tip and acetylene tank of the welding torch from The Pitt DLC for Fallout 3, the hose and barrel from the Flamer, the barrel shroud from the Incinerator, the body of the Gatling Laser (shrunk down), the fuel tank from the Flamer, the handle, trigger and valve from the Shishkebab, a random valve from the Flamer, and the underside rail from the Laser Rifle, repurposed as a stock.
