This weapon is a crudely-made improvsed flamethrower, designed as a lighter-weight alternative to the legit heavy weapon version.
I started with the base game The Humble Cudgel mesh to make the pipework body, then added the handle and valves from the Shishkebab, the barrel, tank, and some hoses from the Flamer, the acetylene tank and igniter tip of the welding gun from The Pitt DLC for Fallout 3, a tin can, and the hose clamps from the Caravan Shotgun.
