Who said Charisma is a dump stat? Love conquers all!

This weapon is inspired by a similarly-named weapon from the Scott Pilgrim comic series that he earns towards the end of his emotional journey. The name is Japanese, meaning “the power of love”.

Parts Used

I started with the Katana Protective Sheath mesh from the Gun Runners' Arsenal DLC, reshaping the tsuba/handguard into a heart and tinting the scabbard red. I then added the flames from the Shishkebab.

Usage Notes

The sword does a base damage of 10 (less than half the base damage of the unmodded katana added by the Gun Runners' Arsenal DLC) but does an additional amount of bonus damage based on the player's Charisma (\(2 \times Charisma\)), as well as setting the target on fire.

The weapon uses the GetActorValue function, meaning the amount of bonus damage can be affected by chems, equipped armor, perks, etc. that modify the player's base Charisma.

Procurement

This weapon can only be be acquired by offering 2,500 HP to The Bronze Oracle, and presenting a generic Katana to be converted. It cannot otherwise be obtained without console commands.
