This is an ordinary cigarette lighter that can be used to set people on fire from very close range.
I started with the base-game Dynamite mesh and isolated the lighter, reconfiguring it to be held in the player's right hand. I then added the flickering pilot light from the Incinerator.
The following properties, perks and challenges apply to this weapon:
Starting in v6.2, this item has a self-illumination effect when unholstered that places a fiery glow at the player's location. Enemies will be alerted by this light.
