This tracksuit is Vlad's unique outfit. The name is Russian, meaning “two stripes” – in reference to a popular brand of sportswear in Eastern Europe that uses three stripes as a trademark. It also features a distinctly-Eastern European striped undershirt known as a telnyashka, meaning the outfit consists of two striped articles of clothing.

Parts Used

I started with the base-game RobCo Jumpsuit and made a custom texture for it, and retextured the undershirt using the legacy-content Dirty Pre-War Kid's Outfit. I then added the sneakers from the Vault Utility Jumpsuit.

The hat was made using the Chinese Commando Hat as a base and making a custom texture for it.
