This headgear was inspired by Dream's Helm from Neil Gaiman's seminal The Sandman comic book series, as well as by the villain Soul Crusher from the Spawn comic series. It's also visually reminiscent of elements from the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. videogame franchise.

Parts Used

I started with the hood and cloak from Veronica's Armored Robes and added the Hazmat Darklight Cowl, the gas mask of the Supervisor helmet from Fallout 3's The Pitt DLC, and the hose and air filter from the Radiation Suit.
