This helmet is inspired by the mask worn by the title creature in the 1987 film Predator.

Parts Used

I started with the Remnants Power Helmet mesh, removing the lenses and neck gaiter, then mirroring the helmet to make it symmetrical. I then added the shotgun shell locs of Salt-Upon-Wounds' Helmet from the Honest Hearts DLC.

Usage Notes

When worn, this helmet equips a dead-man switch that will detonate when the wearer is killed. It's a good idea to keep your distance from anyone wearing this helmet. Alternatively, if that person is standing among a group of enemies, you could use the effect to your advantage.
