This helmet is inspired by the one worn by the character Bloodsport from the 2021 film The Suicide Squad, which is itself inspired by the creature design from the 1979 film Alien, the title character from the 1987 film Robocop, and possibly the 2000AD comics character Judge Death.

Parts Used

I started with the legacy-content Liberty Prime head from Fallout 3, and added the lower half of the skull from the clutter skeleton mesh, the gorget from the NCR Ranger Combat Armor, and the filter from the Raider Blastmaster Helmet.
