This outfit is designed to look like something that might've been worn by an Old West preacher, but without introducing any overt religious elements into the game.

The name is a reference to how clergy see themselves as shepherds of men.

Parts Used

I started with the legacy-content Eulogy Jones' Suit and removed everything except the coat. I then added the collar from the Brotherhood Elder's Robe, the shirt from the Ranger Vest Outfit, the pants from the Formal Wear, and the shoes from Benny's Suit.
