Marauder Armor
This outfit was originally designed for Fletcher and was intended to essentially be Kellogg's outfit from Fallout 4, made using Fallout: New Vegas assets.
Parts Used
I started with the Merc Grunt outfit, then added the jacket from the Tunnel Snake outfit, and the shoulder pauldrons and right vambrace from the Leather Armor.
