Oppenheimer (b. Unknown) is a Robobrain belonging to Dr. Quarton, serving as his bodyguard, bouncer, and social buffer. He is named after American theoretical physicist J. Robert Oppenheimer, the “Father of the Atomic Bomb”.
The Robobrain manufacturing process was specifically designed to result in a product completely devoid of personality, and Oppenheimer is no exception. However, it would appear that memories of his past life were not completely expunged, as Oppenheimer may sometimes lament that he was once human and express mild existential horror at his present condition.
It is unknown exactly when the Robobrain that would become known as Oppenheimer was created, but it was almost certainly Pre-War. Likewise, where and how he spent the intervening years is also a mystery. At some point, he was found by Dr. Quarton and reprogrammed into a personal assistant.

Oppenheimer can be found in Dr. Quarton's Laboratory.
Oppenheimer's voice is reminiscent of the character Soundwave from the 1980s Transformers cartoon. It was created by running the recorded dialogue through a vocoder with a square wave tone generated using a Yamaha PSS-270 keyboard synthesizer.
