I started with the base game Baseball Glove mesh and removed one of the fingers, before slimming it down and retexturing it yellow.

Procurement

This weapon can only be obtained with the Wild Wasteland trait selected during character creation.

With the Wild Wasteland trait, eating a Radnana will automatically add one S.L.I.P. Mine to your inventory. Radnanas can be found in the same loot lists as other fresh food.
