I'd buy THAT for a dollar! This weapon is based on the fictional Cobra Assault Cannon from the 1987 film Robocop, which was built using an early-pattern Barrett M82.
I started with the base game Marksman Carbine mesh and removed everything except the grip, magazine well, and railed handguard. I then added the trigger guard from the legacy-content Assault Rifle, the barrel, charging handle, and buttstock from the Bozar, the magazine from the Anti-Materiel Rifle, and the magazine release from the legacy-content Chinese Assault Rifle. The scope was made using pieces from the Bozar, and the screen from the legacy-content Mesmetron.
