This weapon was inspired by the Remington 700PSS (Police Sniper System), an accurized, heavy-barreled precision rifle built on the standard Remington 700 sporting rifle action, designed for law enforcement applications. Gameplay-wise, this weapon is a clone of the base-game Hunting Rifle, but weighs less and is more durable as a result of the synthetic furniture. It also has a slightly higher crit multiplier that requires a higher Guns skill to fully utilize.

Parts Used

I started with the Paciencia mesh from the Gun Runners' Arsenal DLC and removed the Mexican flag wrap on the stock. I then retextured the stock and barrel using the texture from Ratslayer.
