Visually, this weapon is a loose amalgam of the M-3 Predator heavy pistol from the Mass Effect videogame series and the Nintendo NES Zapper.
I started with the H&H Tools Nail Gun mesh from the Lonesome Road DLC and removed everything except for the pistol grip and knuckle-bow trigger guard, angling it to give it a forward-sweeping appearance. I then added pieces from the Bozar light machinegun mesh to make the barrel and receiver. Lastly, I added the muzzle from the 12.7mm Submachine Gun.
