Casper Renard (b. unknown), is the sole proprietor and bartender of The Vixen's Den.

Personality

Grouchy and cantankerous, he does not suffer fools gladly and has no patience for shenanigans. He is easily irritated and generally just wants his establishment to run smoothly. He worries that the Garrett Twins will discover his operation and shut him down.

Background

Being a ghoul, his age is difficult to determine. It's entirely possible that he was alive pre-war.
