This is a weapon that uses a pressurized burst of gas to launch highly-caustic globs of goo that will instantly dissolve a target, leaving behind only a skeleton – like a Super Soaker designed by a psychopath. It's the result of my experiments with spawning the ragdoll skeleton mesh during the plasma gooification animation cycle and finding it morbidly hilarious.
I started with the base game Plasma Rifle mesh and removed everything except the handguard and the reloading assembly. I replaced the Microfusion Cell with the mesh from the Isotope-239 igniting agent, then added the barrel from the Flamer and shrunk it down to size before adding the stock and grip from the Sniper Rifle, and pieces from the Incinerator to act as the upper receiver and pressure tank.

Project #G-384-W - "G.L.O.B. Lobber" Upon successful development of my experimental Gelatinous Liquefaction of Organic Biomass formula (a highly-caustic enzyme that will instantly break down and dissolve organic matter on contact), an applicator was needed in order to avoid direct contact with the substance and minimize the risk of self-liquefaction. Curiously has trouble dissolving human bone. Warrants further investigation.
