As sort of a companion piece to the Welrod-inspired Veterinary Pistol, this is a weapon that was loosely inspired by the De Lisle "Commando" carbine, used in very limited numbers by British specialist military units during WWII to quietly dispatch sentries, guard dogs, etc. The actual gun was an integrally-suppressed carbine made from a Short Magazine Lee-Enfield Mk III* that was converted to fire .45 ACP rounds, feeding from a modified M1911 magazine.
I started with the Paciencia mesh from the Gun Runners' Arsenal DLC and removed the barrel, sights, and Mexican flag wrapped around the stock. I then replaced the barrel with the barrel from the Silenced .22 SMG, and shortened the bolt and forearm of the stock. I replaced the magazine with the one from the 9mm Pistol and attached the rear sight from the legacy-content Chinese Assault Rifle and the rear sight from the Light Machine Gun, rotated 180 degrees.
