This weapon, based on the M16A2, is essentially a hybrid of the base game Assault Carbine and Service Rifle, with the wood replaced by synthetic furniture. It weighs less (since solid wood is replaced with hollow plastic), is more durable (since wood will rot, whereas plastic does not), and fires in full-auto.
I started with the base game Service Rifle mesh and removed the front handguard, replacing it with an elongated handguard from the Assault Carbine. I then retextured the shoulder stock and pistol grip with that of the Marksman Carbine and also added the Marksman Carbine's magazine.
