The whole debate surrounding the intent behind the wording of the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution is stupid, because the Founding Fathers made their position very clear. They wanted every citizen to have the right to keep bear arms.

I started with the Yao Guai mesh from the Honest Hearts DLC, deleting everything except for the left arm and corresponding gore cap, which I mirrored. I then added the femur from the base game human skeleton to use as a handle.

This weapon can only be found by defeating the Yao Guai Alpha located in the Capital Wasteland's Yao Guai Tunnels with the Tale of Two Wastelands mod installed, and cannot otherwise be obtained without console commands.
