This weapon is a massive sword, made out of the rotor blade of a Vertibird. It was inspired by a similar weapon carried by Emily Blunt's character in the 2014 film Edge of Tomorrow. The name is a reference to Arnold Schwarzenegger's meme-worthy delivery of the line, “Get to the chopper!” from the 1987 film Predator.

This weapon must be purchased from Dr. Quarton, and cannot otherwise be obtained without console commands.

Not all too practical, perhaps, but it was good welding practice.
