The 7.92x36mm round (also known as 7.92 Commie) is a rimless bottlenecked intermediate rifle cartridge with origins in the Communist Bloc. It has since gone on to become one of the cheapest, most widely-available service rifle cartridges in the world due to the epic scale of its mass-production.

This is a custom ammunition type created especially for the NIF-Bashed Weapons Mega-Pack.

Types

There are four varieties of 7.92x36mm ammunition available:

• 7.92x36mm Round – The standard military-grade full metal jacket loading with a mild steel core.
• 7.92x36mm, Armor-Piercing – Features a sharp-pointed high-carbon steel penetrator designed to punch through armored targets, and a soft lead plug in the nose to aid jacket discarding. (-15 DT, 0.95x Damage)
• 7.92x36mm, Hollow Point – A commercially-manufactured loading designed to expand on impact, causing more damage without penetrating further than necessary. (3x DT, 1.75x Damage)
• 7.92x36mm, Surplus – A poor-quality loading made by the lowest bidder, featuring a copper-plated steel jacket over a solid lead core. The corrosive primer can cause excessive damage to the weapon if not cleaned promptly after use. (3x condition decay, 1.2x Spread, 1.15x Damage)
