Easygoing and mild-mannered with a somewhat self-deprecating sense of humor, Declan is generally satisfied to live a quiet and uneventful life but will not turn down the opportunity for adventure if it presents itself.

Background

Declan has lived his entire life in Goodsprings, having rarely ventured out any farther than Primm. He makes reference to having multiple exes, although whom he has dated in the past remains unknown.
