This piece of headwear could be seen as the NCR equivalent to the Legion's Vexillarius helmet, although it isn't intended to be faction-specific. It could just as easily be a hunter's trophy, worn to intimidate raiders or other hostiles.

Parts Used

I started with the Yao Guai mesh from the Honest Hearts DLC and deleted everything except the head. I then widened the jaw into a hood and stitched it to the neck. Lastly, I added the Biker Goggles and the face wrap from the NCR Face Wrap Armor.
