This outfit began as an attempt to recreate Gwen's outfit from the TV series Ben 10: Alien Force, but ultimately ended up looking more like Elizabeth's first outfit from the videogame BioShock: Infinite.

The female variant was made using the sweater and shoes from the female Caravaneer outfit, the shirt from the Ranger Red Scarf outfit, the cuffs from the male Dirty Pre-War Casualwear, the skirt from the female Dirty Pre-War Spring outfit, and the stockings from the female Merc Charmer outfit. The male variant was made using the shirt from the Ranger Red Scarf Outfit, the cuffs from the Dirty Pre-War Casualwear, the vest from the Dirty Pre-War Relaxedwear, the pants from the Powder Gang Soldier Outfit, and the shoes from Viva Las Vegas.
