This outfit is loosely-inspired by the one worn by the title character in the 2009 parody videogame Eat Lead: The Return of Matt Hazard.

Parts Used

I started with the base-game Enclave Officer Uniform, removing everything except for the pants and boots. I then added the t-shirt from the Memphis Kid Outfit, the pauldron from the Remnants Power Armor, the chest and back armor from the Stealth Suit Mk II, the straps from the Vault Security Armor, the hip armor and pouches from the NCR Ranger Patrol Armor. and the belt buckle from the Vault Jumpsuit.
