This armor began as an attempt to create something like Iron Man's Hulkbuster suit, but upon adding the round, bulbous shoulders to the armor, I noticed that it more closely resembled the space marine power armors from the Warhammer 40,000 miniature wargame franchise. So, I decided to lean into it and this was the result.
I started with the base-game T-51b Power Armor mesh and removed the pauldrons, replacing them with the ones from Fallout 3's Liberty Prime. I then added the eagle wings from the Lonesome Road DLC's Old Glory, a skull, part of the Great Khan totem, the belt from the Vault Jumpsuit, and the chains from the male Exposed Prostitute Outfit.
The helmet was made using the base-game T-51b Power Helmet, stripping it down to a bare shell, furrowing the brow to separate the eyes, then adding the conduits from the Plasma Defender.
This armor adds the Terrifying Presence perk if you do not already have it. There is a variable that checks whether or not you have it when the armor is equipped. It's very important that if you level up while wearing the armor, do not choose the Terrifying Presence perk, otherwise the variable check is bypassed and the perk will be removed when you take off the armor and you will have wasted the selection. If you want to choose the perk, be sure to unequip the armor first before selecting it.
This armor must be purchased from "Honest" Herb, and cannot otherwise be obtained without console commands.
