This outfit was made using the Merc Grunt outfit as a base, then adding the cuirass and pauldrons from the Combat Armor, the “fanny pack” pouches from the male Leather Armor mesh (switched around to the front to look like mag pouches), and the face wrap from the NCR Trooper Face Wrap armor.
