As I was making this outfit, it dawned on me that it was essentially Chris Redfield's outfit from the Resident Evil videogame series, so I just decided to roll with it.

Parts Used

I took the pants and boots from Ulysses' Duster and paired them with the t-shirt from the Memphis Kid outfit, the tactical vest from Joshua Graham's Armor, the scarf from the female Wasteland Settler outfit, and the knife from the NCR Ranger Patrol Armor.
