This armor is inspired by the half-naked look of Lord Humongous from the 1981 film Mad Max 2: The Road Warrior, and the shirtless-with-robes look of Darth Sion from the 2004 videogame Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 2.

Parts Used

I started with the base-game Brotherhood Scribe Robe and removed the torso and legs. I then added the legs from the Raider Sadist Armor, the bare torso from the Chained Prostitute Outfit (including the modesty tape for the female version), the chest armor and pauldrons from the Metal Armor, Reinforced, and the spiky bits from the Raider Painspike Armor.
