The Trashnikov

In keeping with the ruined, desolate, post-apocalyptic theme of the game, this is a weapon that looks like an absolute workhorse which has been used, abused and beaten to hell, while being poorly maintained using only scavenged materials.

Parts Used

I started with the legacy-content Chinese Assault Rifle mesh and removed the shoulder stock, replacing it with the handle of a shovel from Fallout 3's The Pitt DLC. I then wrapped it with the leather straps from Lily's Vertibird Blade. Moving forward on the gun, I wrapped the pistol grip with the fabric from This Machine, replaced the selector switch with a key, replaced the charging handle with a screwdriver, added the hose clamp from the Tri-Beam Laser Rifle around the handguard, added the makeshift barrel band from the Single Shotgun, and added a Purified Water bottle as a “silencer”. I also added a Lunchbox as a belt box, the 5.56mm cartridges from That Gun, and the bandolier from the Powder Gang Simple Outfit as a bullet belt.
