This weapon is the most adorable bringer of doom that every little girl wants for her birthday.
I started with the Giddyup Buttercup mesh from the Mothership Zeta DLC for Fallout 3 and separated the head, placing it onto the handle of the X-2 Antenna from the Old World Blues DLC. I then retextured everything pink, and added a horn made out of an Alien Power Cell.
