Loosely inspired by some of the piston-driven AR derivatives available on the market such as the Robinson Armament XCR and LWRC M6, as well as by bufferless systems such as the Z-M LR-300 and SIG MCX, I wanted to create a weapon using pieces from every assault rifle-style gun in the game.
I started with the base game Marksman Carbine mesh and removed everything except the receiver and pistol grip before fattening up the body slightly. I then added the stock from the Light Machine Gun, the rear sight from the legacy-content Chinese Assault Rifle, and the barrel, magazine, and handguard from the legacy-content Assault Rifle.
