Parts Used

I started with the Yao Guai mesh from the Honest Hearts DLC and removed everything except for the head, stitching it together at the back to form a mascot-like mask. I then added the Ranger Hat with the NCR flash removed.

Procurement

This hat must be purchased from Roxxi, and cannot otherwise be obtained without console commands.
